Terms and Conditions of Stay

Here is the complete English translation of the accommodation terms and conditions for Country House Le Residenze degli Ulivi:

Dear Guests, we are pleased to extend our warmest welcome and wish you a pleasant stay. Below we present the Terms of Stay with all the information that will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer you. Entering the Country House Le Residenze degli Ulivi entails full acceptance and observance of these regulations.

THE STAFF

You are at the center of our Country House: you are the main source for the evaluation and constant improvement of the stay at our facility, therefore we kindly ask you to make any request or report that you deem useful. We will be your point of reference for any problem that may arise during your stay and for any information about the facility’s services, as well as for tourist information, events, local events and curiosities about the surrounding area.

RESERVATIONS

Prices are based on 2 guests and include breakfast. For each additional person over 2 years old, a supplement of €15 is required. Tourist taxes are already included. Reservations can be made by phone or email. In any case, the Country House will confirm the reservation and the conditions offered in writing. To confirm the reservation, the guest is required to provide credit card details as a guarantee that will be verified by the Facility with a pre-authorization of an amount equivalent to the total of the first night or with a charge in the case of prepaid rates duly indicated. The reservation is also considered valid with a deposit paid by bank transfer if previously agreed upon, provided that it specifies the period of stay and the guest’s details. Not included in the accommodation rate are any extra cleaning, minibar consumption or purchases at the facility’s bar and anything not expressly indicated in the offer.

CHECK-IN

From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In case of arrivals at different times than those indicated, please communicate this in advance. At the Country House Le Residenze degli Ulivi, the reception service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, guests must have a valid identification document (passport or identity card), including minors, otherwise the facility is authorized to refuse hospitality. The minimum age to rent a room is the age of majority; unaccompanied minors will only be accepted if they have a release form signed by their parents (or legal guardians), bearing their contact telephone number and a copy of their valid identification document (passport or identity card). Any guests of clients staying at the Country House, even if temporary, must be promptly reported to reception, where they must present themselves with a valid identification document (passport or identity card).

CHECK-OUT

We ask you to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Should you need to stay longer, simply communicate this in advance to allow the best performance of our activities also for other guests. If it is possible to grant a “late check out”, the facility will charge a supplement that varies according to the season and room type. Payment for the stay is due before the Guest’s departure. The guarantee provided by credit card with pre-authorization will remain valid for the entire duration of the stay and will be automatically released according to current banking regulations. The Facility is not responsible for any blocked amounts held as a guarantee if the pre-authorization has been properly closed. The pre-authorization may be reversed after departure following room inspection, verification of the regularity of the stay, as well as payment of extras and the main conditions of the Regulations, with possible charges in case of damage, theft, unpaid extras at check-out and/or early departure. Before settling the bill, it is possible to request to view the account and charges for proper verification; any errors or omissions must be reported before the bill is issued. If an invoice is required, the Guest is asked to promptly notify this by providing the heading details, address, tax code/VAT number, recipient code/PEC. Otherwise, a tax receipt will be issued and subsequent cancellation will not be possible. It is possible to pay in cash for accommodation, meals or services provided, for a maximum amount of €999.00 (subject to changes in current laws relating to cash payments) or also by credit and debit card. The Facility does not accept personal checks or bank drafts. At check-out, consumption at the bar, minibar and other extras not yet recorded by facility staff must be communicated to reception. Any persons hosted in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or upon arrival will be charged to the Guest holding the reservation with a rate increased by 50% on the daily price, with the right of Management to report to the police authorities all unauthorized persons found inside the room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations, whether cancelled or modified, will be subject to the cancellation policies present in the email received during the quote and confirmation of the reservation itself. In case of cancellation of a reservation with a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card. Refunds are not normally provided for inability to complete the stay during the booked period due to difficulties with transportation, errors, other personal reasons or even modifications such as early departures or delays in arrival. The booked period will be fully charged, unless different agreements are reached with Management.

PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas, as is using stoves or similar appliances for food preparation, using heaters or similar appliances for heating, moving or misusing furniture, beds and furnishings. Any damage and/or deterioration caused by guests to the Country House equipment is the responsibility of the Guests themselves. It is not permitted to welcome and host unregistered persons in the rooms. It will be the responsibility of the Guests to keep valuable personal items safe, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the facility. We decline any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property. Guests are given room keys. In case of loss, timely notification must be given to the manager and a charge of €20.00 will be applied. For security reasons, please always lock the room door. Children inside the Relais must ALWAYS be accompanied by a responsible adult; Management declines any responsibility for accidents involving unattended children.

REPORTING MALFUNCTIONS AND INCONVENIENCES

Prompt reporting of malfunctions or other inconveniences will be greatly appreciated and will help us improve our services. The Facility is not liable for any service failures due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, gas, telephone line or Internet connection, not dependent on its will.

PETS We always warmly welcome our guests’ dogs. Pets are allowed, provided they are small and medium-sized and provided they are well-behaved and accustomed to contact with other people and animals. A supplement of €10.00 per dog per day is required at Management’s discretion and based on agreements made during booking with the client, plus a deposit of €100.00. It is strictly forbidden to let them climb on beds, sofas and armchairs. It is the owners’ responsibility to exercise their custody and supervision. Any damage caused by animals is entirely the owners’ responsibility. For dogs, access to our breakfast/restaurant room and to the pool/solarium is prohibited.

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE ANIMALS ALONE INSIDE THE FACILITY AND WITHOUT A LEASH.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data and any other information learned by our Company during the performance of the assignment will be subject to confidentiality and will be processed in compliance with privacy and personal rights through our systematic application of appropriate protection and guarantee measures prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Client is informed that their personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for such purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).

MAIN SERVICES

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Upon request, it is possible to move the time forward to 7:00 AM but it will not be possible to have freshly cooked dishes. Breakfast for external guests costs €15.00 per person. Access to the breakfast room is only allowed with appropriate clothing; access in bathrobes or swimsuits is not permitted.

ROOM CLEANING

Room cleaning will be carried out daily, every morning. If you do not wish this service, please inform reception and the room will not be cleaned for the entire day. We recommend proper use of the toilets inside the rooms, avoiding throwing anything inside the toilets. For bathroom linen, in compliance with the environmental protection policy in force at the Country House, clean items not placed on the floor by the Guest will not be replaced daily. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer. During the stay, it is possible to request free of charge and subject to availability, to have an electric kettle for hot water and/or a crib for children in the room, upon prior agreement at the time of booking, or at any time by contacting reception. It is mandatory to return the aforementioned equipment after use or upon departure, promptly reporting any damage not dependent on the Guest, to avoid incurring charges.

PARKING

The parking is not supervised and we are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles. We advise you to lock your cars and not leave objects inside the vehicles. Parking spaces are not guaranteed, unless otherwise agreed in writing, but there is a large uncovered parking lot available free of charge for guests.

SWIMMING POOL

From May 1st to September 30th, guests of Le Residenze degli Ulivi can use the panoramic swimming pool. Access is possible from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Access to the pool for guests’ acquaintances requires a fee of €15 per person. Before accessing, it is necessary to read the internal regulations of the Country House Le Residenze degli Ulivi swimming pool. Lifeguard assistance service is not provided. Guests are asked not to consume food and drinks at the poolside or bring bottles and glasses inside the pool. However, it will be possible to enjoy some of our products near the pool. Management provides bath towels upon request.

BEACH CLUB

During the opening period of our Beach Club La Baia, the stay includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers for exclusive use on our beach for each room. The umbrella with two sun loungers is included exclusively for full days of stay. It is not included on the check-in day or the check-out day.

For everyone’s respect

You have chosen a vacation in contact with nature, help us respect and safeguard the environment by trying to limit water and electricity consumption. Tranquility is one of our best assets, therefore we ask our Dear Guests to keep the television and any music systems at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during rest hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
