The fish comes from local fisheries, caught with care and sustainability; while oil, vegetables, and herbs come from local farms, keeping alive a virtuous cycle that protects the environment and celebrates the seasons.

The Wines
Our organic wines complete the gastronomic experience: they are the result of passionate research among small Italian wineries, often little known, but capable of creating surprising, authentic bottles, rich in territory. These wines are chosen one by one, with sensitivity and curiosity, to accompany each dish with harmony and delicacy, enhancing its essence and amplifying the emotion of the experience.

For meat lovers, the menu is limited but interesting.
Vegan and gluten-free dishes are available upon request.
